  99% of the items we offer for sale are downloadable software and therefore do not require physical delivery. For the few remaining exceptions, your parcel will be delivered byColissimo. Once your parcel has been accepted by La Poste, you will receive itat your home within 48 hours subject to cut-off times. With Colissimo, your order will be delivered Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., in person and against signature. If you are absent or unable to receive your parcel (no caretaker, etc.), your parcel delivery service will leave a delivery notice stating the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of proof of identity. You can track your parcel at any time using the parcel number provided by the retailer (e.g. 8V00300548899) by logging on to the websitewww.laposte.fr/colissimo to find out where it is.
